BIO
Yoshi Shiraki started his investing career in 2001 purchasing his first rental property in Salt Lake City while residing in New York City at the time. While attending Real Estate Investing Association’s in NYC, Yoshi learned that these REIA’s focused their education on buying real estate outside of NYC due to the extremely high prices in NYC. Due to this, Yoshi started virtual investing in different cities across the country all while residing in Manhattan, NYC.
Yoshi soon became known in the investing community and was soon approached by real estate investing companies, to speak nationwide for each of their companies. Yoshi has shared on stage to thousands of investors across the country from Orlando, Key West, Atlanta, Chicago, Kansas City, Phoenix, Austin, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles. Today Yoshi has his own weekly radio show & monthly T.V. segment on real estate.
Yoshi has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and owns a U.S. patent on an invention he invented, he is also a published author, and of course he is also a real estate investor.
As a couple who had never bought a house, let alone a duplex! Yoshi helped educate us on the buying, remodeling, and selling process. Through his mentorship, he eased our fears at all phases. When remodeling our home, Yoshi helped provide resources from a flooring professional, HVAC contractors, and electricians. After two years as homeowners, we decided to sell. Thanks to Yoshi's thoroughness, the house was under contract in a day. We couldn't have been happier with how easy everything went. Yoshi's passion for educating and mentoring individuals is beyond what words can express. My wife and I have lived out of Utah for two years now, and to this day, he makes himself available to answer any question we may have.
